BCJFA Families:
There is a big need for recruiting officials for the Greater Eastside Junior football program. Attached is a description and registration if you are interested or know someone who would be willing to help. Those who agree to help will attend a training session in July or August. It is very important we have officials for our games as they are a big part of our program’s success. Thank you.
Position Description:
2011 GEJFA Officials
We must continue to build the Official program to support the growth of teams in GEJFA. Each System must help in recruiting. For every three teams your System has, we will need one new official. There is a requirement for a min. of two new officials each year. Help advertise at your Registration for your players.
We are looking for athletic candidates, min. age 18 and/or a High School graduate. The web site will have registration information and Guidelines under “Official’s Corner”.
There will be four class room dates prior to the August Jamborees and they should work in at least one Jamboree. There will be a test for all non PNFOA members.
Pay rates start at $20 and go up to $34 for PNFOA members per game. There will be three and four person crew with at least one Senior Official in each crew. They should be available for at least 3 games on Sat. at any field in GEJFA.
